We offer seasonal produce boxes, pantry staples, simple meal kits, and corporate CSA plans with scheduled neighborhood pickups and cold chain delivery.

Orders and Payment

Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Delivery and Pickup

We offer both delivery and pickup options for our products. Delivery times and availability may vary based on location and seasonal factors. We work to maintain our cold chain logistics for product freshness.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery or pickup. You are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and reporting any issues within 24 hours.

Subscription Services

Our subscription services automatically renew based on your selected frequency. You may modify or cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us directly.

Subscription changes take effect with the next billing cycle. Refunds for subscription services are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Product Quality and Returns

We work to provide quality organic produce. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to address any quality issues.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are evaluated individually and may result in refunds, credits, or replacement products.

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights.
